We did it!! At 8:56 am on Sept. 15th, Lucca Ryder Perera came out butt first and with lots of hair! He weighed 8 lbs. 12 oz. and is SO beautiful. We are enjoying every minute and are both so insanely in love with him. Here are a few pics and I'm sure there will be lots to follow.
Thanks so everyone for all your messages, thoughts, wishes, blessing and visits. We have been overwhelmed with all of the love and support we've received! Lucca is one lucky little boy to have such amazing family and friends already. Please be patient as we make our way through returning phone calls -- it's not because we don't appreciate them!
Love to you all and we can't wait for you to meet our little baby boy.

Oh very cool, welcome to the wonderful adventure called parenthood. Sept.15th, that will be easy to remember, one day before Katrina's birthday. Jeremy & Lachovia's Cordelia was on Milena's birthday, July 12th, so both will be very easy. Love the set of photos with the bus, who was the photog? When you get settled back in we would love to meet little Lucca.
